Critical Thinking and Test Prep
We do not claim to raise your child's IQ but we tickle their brain cells to be more active. We constantly encourage our students to become divergent thinkers with a growth mindset. Students are immersed in activities and discussions revolving specifically around originality, creativity, elaboration, perseverance, flexibility, and fluency- the key gifted traits.

Parents are guided how to:
The ability to think critically and solve problems is a valuable skill that young children do not use instinctively. They look up to adults to solve their problems and well-intentioned adults often give in, rather than fostering problem-solving skills. We must allow young children to find ways to solve their own problems, and provide environments rich with opportunities to face and accept challenges. This will let the young child develop stronger thinking skills, and blossom into an enthusiastic learner. Critical thinking skills do not come easily and must be practiced & reinforced from early childhood.
Our critical thinking instruction addresses the wide range of developmental levels and varied learning styles of children, which promotes higher level thinking skills by emphasizing the thought process rather than a specific answer. The fun and interesting problems given are often open ended, lending themselves to several interpretations and multiple solutions. Instead of having only one right or wrong answer, the challenges call on the children to think through a problem from different angles, determine a logical course of action, and be able to justify their answers.
Get your child ready to tackle thinking-out-of the box challenges rolled out in the classroom or out of the classroom, better!
Gifted Behavior Rating Scale and commentary (GBRS) is based on teachers' observations of your child's demonstration of gifted traits in class.

Set the Scene Challenge with a Poetic Twist
One way to enhance a child’s visualization skills is to have him or her create dioramas or other 3-Dimensional representations of specific scenes from children’s literature. Here the children have completed the challenge and composed a short poem to go with it. Enjoy the Creative, Original and Imaginative dioramas!
